All of the years that we have been in business we go to a prospective clients place of business free of charge after an initial phone conversation. This conversation is to ascertain if we appear to be a good fit for the prospective client. During our site visit we do a lot of listening to make sure we understand all the issues.
A facility tour always follows and a good understanding is gained for all aspects of the operation. After the facility tour we always know if we are a fit for the client. If we are not a fit we let the client know this. If we are a fit, then a discussion will follow as to how we would proceed with the work and how we charge for our services. This is the basics of how we approach every single prospective client. We do not place project managers on jobs after being hired. The same person that the client saw initially is the same person that will see the job through to a conclusion.
